Rob Glownia

Rob serves as the firm’s Senior Portfolio Manager and Co-Head of the Investment Committee. In this role, he is responsible for credit underwriting, as well as measuring and managing interest rate risks. Rob oversees many of the duties associated with our actively managed ETFs.

Doug Sandler

Doug serves as the Head of Global Strategy and oversees the firm’s sales and marketing teams, bringing more than 25 years of investment experience to the firm. Prior to his current role Doug was RiverFront’s Chief US Equity Officer and served as a Managing Director and Chief Equity Strategist for Wachovia Securities
