Jerry Miccolis

Jerry Miccolis is a founding principal and chief investment officer of Giralda Advisors. He is the lead portfolio manager of the firm’s offerings, which include two mutual funds, The Giralda Fund and the Giralda Risk-Managed Growth Fund, as well as the Sector Dynamics separately managed account (SMA) and unified managed account (UMA). Giralda Advisors, a Montage Investments asset manager, was formed in 2012.

Jerry has more than four decades of experience in the risk management and actuarial fields, and he shares his expertise through various speaking engagements, publications and as the co-author of the book Asset Allocation For Dummies®. Prior to joining Mariner Wealth Advisors in 2003, Jerry was a principal and global leader of the enterprise risk management practice at Towers Perrin.

Jerry has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Drexel University. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association and the New York Society of Security Analysts. He has chaired several professional committees and is a widely quoted author and speaker on the subject of strategic risk management.

Gladys Chow is managing director and a portfolio manager of Giralda Advisors. Gladys oversees the firm’s investment operations and is a portfolio manager for the firm’s offerings, which include two mutual funds, The Giralda Fund and the Giralda Risk-Managed Growth Fund, as well as the Sector Dynamics separately managed account (SMA) and unified managed account (UMA).

Gladys has spent more than two decades in the investment and wealth management industry, managing money for regulated investment companies, foundations, trusts, family partnerships, and institutional, corporate, and individual clients. She was most recently a Director of Equities at TAG Associates, LLC, a multi-client family office, where she oversaw the long-only equity space and was responsible for manager selection, portfolio design, and construction of long-only equity mandates. Prior to joining TAG Associates, Gladys was a Financial Advisor at UBS Wealth Management.

Gladys has a BSc. degree in business administration and BA degree in mathematics from Meredith College. She received the Certified Investment Management Analyst® certification from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and is a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association.
