The EAC Positions Exchange to Solve Client Concerns

To build the best possible experience for the financial advisor community, the Exchange Advisor Council (EAC) has been meeting on a regular basis. In the latest meeting, top client concerns financial advisors are navigating were discussed. Accordingly, the EAC hopes to position Exchange to give advisors tools to solve these problems for their clients.

The Big Client Concerns

It’s no surprise that many of advisors’ clients are concerned about healthcare and long-term care events as they age. Retirement and stability are always top of mind. But one interesting discovery was that many clients have an abundance of concern about global unrest.

How Exchange Can Help Tackle Client Concerns on Global Unrest

Broad, global conflicts and political unrest can create choppy macroeconomic waters. Global unrest creates numerous headwinds, though it can also create opportunities. However, investors who can read the tea leaves are more likely to see their portfolios survive intact.

Exchange has a history of prioritizing keynote speakers who possess expertise about geopolitics. For instance, the conference has enjoyed keynotes from Amy Walter, the publisher and editor-in-chief of The Cook Report. And long-term investment strategists like Jeremy Grantham have previously given keynote addresses. Last year even featured veteran diplomat Dr. Richard Haass, president emeritus, Council of Foreign Relations and senior counselor of Centerview Partners.

Exchange 2025 Brings Back Ian Bremmer

One notable keynote speaker, Ian Bremmer, will be returning to Exchange in March. Above all, Bremmer is a renowned expert on geopolitics and helps business leaders, policymakers, and the general public make sense of the world around them. His company, GZERO Media, is dedicated to covering international affairs, and he is also the president and founder of the Eurasia Group.

By slotting Ian Bremmer back into a keynote speaking role, Exchange aims to give advisors the tools they need to put their clients at ease. His address promises to provide actionable information with concrete takeaways that advisors will be able to bring back to their concerned clients.
