Donald G. RobinsonCEO and Co-CIO
Donald G. Robinson draws upon more than thirty years of experience in the investment advisory / management business, and a distinguished record of innovation and leadership. Mr. Robinson was most recently CIO of Lockwood Advisors, Inc. (an affiliate of Pershing LLC, a BNY Mellon company), where he managed a team of 30 investment professionals with fiduciary responsibility for more than $13 billion in client assets. Mr. Robinson’s industry leadership extends from the development of proprietary protocols for high net worth individuals, endowments, foundations, and corporate and public pension plans, to such successful product innovations as the first mutual fund wrap program and the first fully discretionary unified managed account. Mr. Robinson combines strong communication and analytical skills with an established track record of delivering superior risk-adjusted returns to financial intermediaries and end–investors.
David FeldmanPresident and Co-CIO
David Feldman serves as President and Co-CIO of Palladiem. He has a diverse background, with experience in all aspects of investment management, with demonstrated success in delivering superior investment results for clients. Mr. Feldman also has extensive experience in sales management, client service, product innovation and risk management with individual and institutional clients. He has worked with a wide range of defined benefit and defined contribution plans, institutional investment consultants, mutual funds, collective investment funds and annuities. The breadth and depth of Mr. Feldman’s financial services expertise makes him uniquely suited to provide leadership across the organization.
Joseph ScavettiChief Operating Officer
Joseph Scavetti has extensive experience in risk management, quantitative analytics and systems development. Mr. Scavetti brings considerable skill and expertise to ensuring the effective operation of the firm’s financial architecture in areas such as trading, rebalancing and the processing of investment accounts. His experience includes systems integration, systems development, process re-engineering, report design, tax transition and tax-sensitive overlay portfolio management across a number of different organizations. Mr. Scavetti’s background allows Palladiem to provide a variety of reliable, efficient and innovative financial products and investment management solutions to its clients.
Jacqueline DeweyDirector, Managed Account Services
Jacqueline Dewey has over 23 years experience in the banking, investment advisory and managed account business. Ms. Dewey’s professional background encompasses all areas of operations management, including an extensive knowledge of multiple back-office and portfolio management software platforms, client conversion/on-boarding protocols, account reconciliation, billing, performance reporting, and trading and settlement practices. Previously, she was an internal consultant for Lockwood Advisors, Inc. (an affiliate of Pershing LLC, a BNY Mellon company) where she was responsible for operational and special projects support. Her operational expertise was focused on streamlining in-house systems and processes to enhance functionality while building increased automation to improve productivity while reducing procedural redundancies. Her background makes her uniquely qualified to help direct and build solutions in support of the operational demands associated with the substantial growth expected at Palladiem.
