Pence said Trump will work with congressional leaders for a “legislative and executive action agenda for an orderly and smooth transition to a market-based healthcare reform system.”
Any changes will still take time. Republicans are discussing a delayed timing for major provisional changes to take effect perhaps up to 18 months or more, according to the Associated Press.
