XSD (SPDR S&P Semiconductor, Expense Ratio 0.35%) is also worth watching, as well as PSI (PowerShares Dynamic Semiconductors Portfolio, Expense Ratio 0.60%) which are both substantially smaller funds. SOXS (Direxion Daily Semiconductor Bear 3X Shares, Expense Ratio 0.95%) trading volume has been huge relative to the norm lately, and this fund is currently trading at its highest levels since May of this year and bumping up against its 200 day MA.
