Selling Opportunity For Global ETFs? | ETF Trends

Is today’s market rebound a selling opportunity? The brunt of the punishment from the global market decline was felt by emerging market ETFs. Asian ETFs specifically were down over 15% in less than two weeks.

Today investors feel a bit of relief as emerging market ETFs are rebounding 2-5%. The questions everyone is asking are, "Is the correction over? And, will we see the global markets regain higher highs?"

A simple guide we recommend is to sell any position that declines more than 8% off its recent high or below its individual 200-day moving average. Taking the guessing and emotions out of investing tends to create a higher level of success.
