The demand for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) jobs is quickly outpacing the supply of the labor force with these skills, but the latest Barbie doll is hoping to change things.
With the U.S. lagging behind several countries with regard to STEM education, the latest offering from toy manufacturer Mattel is hoping to change that trend, especially with children since their minds are still malleable.
