ETF Trends publisher Tom Lydon moderated the panel ‘Investing in Blockchain, Bitcoin and Crypto Wallets’ on Monday at the Global Indexing & ETFs conference in Dana Point, CA.
The four panelists were Christian Magoon, Founder & CEO of Amplify ETFs; Mohannad Aama, Portfolio Manager & Asset Allocation Strategist for Beam Capital Management; Ross Gerber, President & CEO of Gerber Kawasaki Wealth and Investment; and Gregory Banner, President of Asset Preservation Strategies, Inc.
During the panel discussion, Lydon referenced a poll of financial advisors that had attended a Bitwise webcast earlier in the day that was moderated by Matt Hougan, formerly of ETF.com.
Lydon said of the financial advisors polled, 80.6% responded ‘yes’ that clients had asked them about crypto in the past year.
