Touchstone Investments today announced the launch of the Touchstone International Equity ETF (TLCI) on NYSE Arca. The fund, sub-advised by The London Company, aims to capture growth in international markets while providing long-term capital appreciation.
TLCI is an actively managed fund that invests primarily in large-cap, non-U.S. equity securities.
“With interest in international exposure growing, the Touchstone International Equity ETF is ideal for financial professionals and investors looking for a high conviction approach to investing in international markets,” said Matt Barry, vice president, product management and head of capital markets at Touchstone Investments.

The fund invests in a range of foreign securities. This includes stocks and depositary receipts, ultimately selecting a portfolio of 25-40 holdings. The fund’s investment approach prioritizes long-term investment. It also prioritizes companies with wide moats, strong balance sheets and solid records of high returns.
“TLCI offers investors essential exposure to international markets to help diversify from U.S. markets in an active ETF, designed to provide competitive pricing and tax efficiency,” added TJ Carter, portfolio manager at The London Company.
With the addition of TLCI, Touchstone expands its suite of actively managed ETFs to 10. This follows the recent launches this year of the Touchstone Sands Capital U.S. Select Growth ETF (TSEL) and the Touchstone Sands Capital Emerging Markets Ex-China Growth ETF (TEMX).
