A Smart Strategy for Utilities ETF

“FXU is an interesting ETF. The exposure is quite materially different from that of the more passive indexes and the individual weightings are lower but the expense ratio is also substantially higher. The fund is considered a utility fund, but they are not afraid to use a small part of the portfolio to go outside of the more traditional utility allocations,” according to Seeking Alpha post.

Earlier this month, Fed officials voted nine to one in favor of keeping current interest rates, stating Thursday that global pressures may “restrain economic activity” and continue to drag on inflation, according to the Associated Press.

FXU is up 2.6% over the past two weeks.
