Among the nine ProShares ETFs undergoing reverse splits are the ProShares Ultra Bloomberg Natural Gas (NYSEArca: BOIL), ProShares Ultra Bloomberg Crude Oil (NYSEArca: UCO), ProShares Ultra VIX Short-Term Futures (NYSEArca: UVXY) and the ProShares Ultra Yen (NYSEArca: YCL).
UVXY and UCO will be reverse split on a 1-for-5 basis while the other ProShares ETFs to be reverse split will do so on a 1-for-4 basis.
In late April, ProShares rival Direxion said it is splitting 19 of its geared funds. The splits include eight reverse splits and 11 traditional, or forward splits. [Direxion to Split 19 ETFs]
