The two broad market ETFs Vanguard pared fees on are the Vanguard Russell 1000 Growth ETF (NasdaqGM: VONG) and the Vanguard Russell 1000 Value ETF (NasdaqGM: VONV).
The new fees are effective as of Dec. 23. Vanguard also announced fee reductions on 17 mutual funds spanning the admiral and investor share classes.
