FUTS’ underlying index currently holds short positions in corn, cotton, lean hogs, soybeans, sugar and heating, among other commodities, according to ProShares data. Long commodities positions include cocoa and coffee. Long currency positions include the Australian dollar and British pound while short currency holdings include the euro, yen and Canadian dollar.

Other new ETFs introduced by ProShares this include the ProShares DJ Brookfield Global Infrastructure ETF (NYSEArca: TOLZ), ProShares MSCI EAFE Dividend Growers ETF (NYSEArca: EFAD), ProShares CDS North American HY Credit ETF (BATS: TYTE) and the ProShares CDS Short North American HY Credit ETF (BATS: WYDE).
