ASHR’s RQFII quota has been raised to 3.86 billion renminbi from 3.25 billion renminbi while the RQFII quota for ASHS has more than doubled to 200 renminbi from 100 renminbi, according to issuer data.
ASHS, which debuted in May, was the first ETF to trade in the U.S. focusing exclusively on A-shares small-caps. Including Monday’s 1% gain, ASHS is up 5% since Sept. 12, the day after DAWM announced creations in the fund would be limited. Since that day, ASHS has taken in nearly half its almost $17 million in assets under management.
