A recent study has found that organizations with greater gender diversity in leadership roles show better financial performance, according to Development Dimensions International. Specifically, DDI found that among leaders in the top 20% organizations, about 37% of all leaders are women, whereas the bottom 20% organizations show 19% of all leaders are women.
WE has taken a more active role in education, and looking ahead, the organization will also help women connect at other events.
“WE has already hosted an educational webinar and a recent educational event in Boston – we expect to offer more events and webinars in various cities as well as hosting some fun networking events as we will on Sept 17th in conjunction with the Morningstar ETF conference in Chicago at the restaurant Little Goat,” Fuhr added.
