Greece ETF Tumbles as Bond Yields Surge

Rising PIIGS bond yields sent the WisdomTree Euro Debt Fund (NYSEArca: EU) modestly lower, although that ETF has no PIIGS exposure. Germany and France, the Eurozone’s two largest economies, combine for 39% of EU’s weight.

Nearly 48% of the ETF’s 32 holdings are rated AAA or AA. EU has an effective duration of 5.43 years and a 30-day SEC yield of 0.62%, according to WisdomTree data.
