HEDJ, which is up nearly 4% this year, touched an all-time last week after European Central Bank President Mario Draghi hinted the ECB could engage in Federal Reserve-esque quantitative easing to stimulate the Eurozone economy. HEDJ charges 0.58% per year.

In addition to HEDJ and DXJ, other $1 billion or larger ETFs from WisdomTree include the WisdomTree LargeCap Dividend Fund (NYSEArca: DLN),  WisdomTree Emerging Markets Equity Income Fund (NYSEArca: DEM) and the WisdomTree Europe SmallCap Dividend Fund (NYSEArca: DFE).
