Copper prices have declined over 13% so far this year as investors dumped the metal on prospects of declining manufacturing. The depressed copper prices are also weighing on Chile-related ETF, the iShares MSCI Chile Capped ETF (NYSEArca: ECH), which has declined 4.8% year-to-date.
