The SPDR S&P 500 ETF (NYSEArca: SPY), which tracks the S&P 500 benchmark, shows a 2.02% 12-month yield.

The SPDR S&P Dividend ETF (NYSEArca: SDY) is another fund that follows dividend “aristocrats.” SDY, though, reflects the performance of the S&P High Yield Dividend Aristocrats Index, which consists of the highest yielding S&P Composite 1500 Index stocks that have consistently increased dividends every year for at least 20 years. SDY has a 2.55% 12-month yield.
