ETFtrends.com Names New Web Editor | ETF Trends

ETFtrends.com, the premier online destination for news and information on exchange traded funds, is pleased to announce that Todd Shriber has joined the website as Web Editor.

Shriber joins ETFtrends.com from Benzinga, where he was the Chief ETF Analyst. He has appeared on CNBC to discuss the market and ETFs.

His work has appeared in the New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, Denver Post, Boston Globe and Dallas Morning News. Shriber has also published content at websites such as ETF Daily News, Investopedia, Minyanville, Street Authority, Tickerspy and Trader Daily. His previous experience includes stints at Bloomberg, Option Investor, Bretton Woods Press and Principal Capital Group. He earned an undergraduate degree in broadcast journalism at Texas Christian University.

Shriber replaces John Spence, the ETFtrends.com Web Editor since April 2011 who is taking a position at Covestor in Boston.

“We’re thrilled to have Todd joining the team since he is one of the top experts covering the global $2.1 trillion ETF business,” said Tom Lydon, Editor and Publisher of ETFtrends.com. “Our readers can expect more of the high-quality content and analysis that has made the website a trusted source for ETF information.”

“ETFs are one of the most important trends in investing and financial markets today,” Shriber said. “I look forward to helping educate investors on the benefits of low-cost ETFs and how they can be used in portfolios.”
