Together those three stocks represent 37.2% of REM’s weight and 30.3% of MORT’s weight. The yields on these ETFs are still enticing, 12.7% for REM and 11.7% for MORT, but more mREIT dividend cuts could be a harbinger of even higher yields to come on these ETFs.
