An investment newsletter that specializes in exchange traded funds (ETFs) on Friday recommended trades in portfolios for natural gas and India that have bounced recently.
The ETF Review newsletter from Investors Intelligence said it is buying First Trust ISE-Revere Natural Gas Index Fund (NYSEArca: FCG) for its trading portfolio. The natural-gas ETF declined earlier this month along with energy stocks but bounced at its 50-day exponential moving average.
“The correction enabled momentum to unwind sharply from overbought,” Investors Intelligence said.
Natural-gas ETFs rose Thursday after a weekly inventories report.
