College Students Have a Chance to Win with ETF Portfolios | ETF Trends

Do you find yourself designing portfolios of exchange traded funds (ETFs) in your sleep? Now is your chance to try and win a contest for doing so.

Clear Indexes is sponsoring a contest for aspiring student investors to put their investment smarts to use. The object is to create a unique portfolio designed for today’s turbulent markets.

The winner will receive $5,000, a potential paid internship and the chance to see their idea become a live investment product.

Any student with a valid email address at Babson College, Bucknell University, Case Western Reserve University, Clarkson University, Columbia University, Cornell University, Harvard University, Johns Hopkins University, Lehigh University, Loyola College, MIT, New York University, Penn State University, and York University is eligible to enter. The contest is being run with the participation of professors, student activity offices and career centers at the respective schools.

The contest ends Dec. 1, 2008.
