Vanguard Cuts ETF Expense Ratios - Again | ETF Trends

Vanguard is playing hardball in an effort to gain the better bulk of the exchange traded fund (ETF) market share.

For the third time in as many months, Vanguard has reduced expenses on its ETFs. According to the Vanguard website, four growth and value ETFs have benefited along with one international ETF.

Recently, four funds dropped expense ratios by 10% and  the other by 20%. The average expense ratio of a Vanguard ETF is 0.16%, less than half the industry average of 0.53%.
