Will the New $5 Bill Really Be Worth $5? | ETF Trends

On Thursday, the government announced it has created a more secure $5 bill that will be accessible to the public in early 2008. The release of the new $5 will be followed by a new $100 bill that will incorporate improved security features that make them hard to counterfeit but easier for people to check for authenticity, Reuters reports.

However, as the dollar continues to decline and hit new lows against currencies, such as the euro, you almost wonder if the new $5 bill will be worth five dollars!
