June ETF Performance Report | ETF Trends

The second quarter of 2007 was a good one for exchange traded funds (ETFs) and the markets.  For the month of June however, domestic markets were down 1-2%, as was Europe.  Asian countries were in positive territory, especially China with double digit gains.

Real estate continued to be the most challenged, with double digit losses.  Technology, oil services and energy ETFs were the big performers for the month.  Oil closed above $70 for the first time since August.
