PowerShares is expanding their bullpen. The Weaton, Illinois ETF provider is launching a slew of new sector funds along with the first, long-awaited India ETF (The PowerShares India Tiger Portfolio). In addition, a few ETFs on the list include a clean technology ETF and a "magniquant" ETF.
