Money continues to flow into ETFs in April according to The Investment Company
Institute:

  • total assets grew to $335 billion
  • international companies saw assets jump roughly $7.4 billion to $88.3
    billion
  • domestic-equity portfolios added $5.5 billion to $230.4
    billion
  • over the 12 months ending with April,
    ETF assets have risen by more than 50%

At last count there were 216 ETFs
listed on U.S. exchanges, with 161 investing in domestic companies, 49
focused on international and global stocks, and six bond funds, the
