iShares S&P Latin America 40 Index (ILF), a top performer this year – up 19%, was down 3.5% yesterday and 9% for the week.  iShares MSCI Pacific-ex Japan (EPP) was down 2% on Monday, 4.5% for the week and up 13% year-to-date.  Europe has seen some declines as well, iShares EMU Index (EZU) is up 16% this year, but down 2% yesterday and 3.5% for the week.
