November was an excellent month for most world markets. Emerging Markets, South Korea and Latin America lead the pack with 7-10% gains. Tech ETFs rebounded nicely from the declines in October and Transportation stocks reacted very positively from the decline in oil prices.
Broad market based ETFs were up 4-6% for the month. Mid-cap stocks continue to outpace their large and small-cap counterparts. Utilities and Pharmaceutical ETFs brought up the rear with fractional losses.
