Vanguard ETF 'VTI' Hits $100 Billion in Assets

With its roster of more than 3,600 stocks, VTI offers exposure to large-, mid- and small-cap stocks while S&P 500 index funds focus primarily on small-cap names. The international equivalent of VTI is the popular Vanguard Total International Stock ETF (NYSEArca: VXUS).

The next ETF to hit $100 billion in assets is likely to be the Vanguard S&P 500 ETF (NYSEArca: VOO), which now has over $97 billion in assets. VOO is one of this year’s top asset-gathering ETFs.
