3D Printed Boats Could Ease Road Traffic In Cities

Could a 3D-printed self driving boat ease traffic in cities?
Researchers at MIT’s Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL) and the Senseable City Lab in the Department of Urban Studies and Planning (DUSP), have designed a fleet of affordable 3D printed, autonomous boats.
The goal is to transport people and goods in cities with waterways to reduce road traffic.
