The 30th Annual Morningstar Investment Conference was held last week, June 11-13, and covered a wide range of topics, including ETFs, blockchain, artificial intelligence, environmentally-conscious investments, and many others.
Bill Winterberg of FPPad.com took viewers through a vlog of the third and final day of the conference as he spoke with keynote speakers about what the day consisted of.
One of the day’s main events was the blockchain session, during which Morningstar’s Lawrence Johnson moderated a discussion between experts regarding the evolution of blockchain technology and how it may be used in the future. The final day of the conference also included a session on the ever-growing role of financial technology (fintech) and upcoming fintech solutions.
