The Invesco FTSE RAFI Asia Pacific ex- Japan ETF is based on the FTSE RAFI Developed Asia Pacific ex Japan Index. The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the Index and American depositary receipts based on the securities in the Index. The Index is designed to track the performance of the Asia Pacific companies (excluding Japan) with the largest fundamental value, selected from the constituents of the FTSE Asia Pacific ex Japan Developed Large/Mid-Cap Indexes as determined by FTSE International Ltd. The equities are selected and weighted based on the following four fundamental measures of firm size: book value, cash flow, sales and dividends. The Index is computed using the net return, which withholds applicable taxes for non-resident investors. The Fund and the Index are reconstituted annually.
