Lydon Talks Small-Caps, New Bond ETF on Fox Business | ETF Trends

ETF Trends Publisher Tom Lydon appeared on Fox Business Thursday to discuss the advantages of small-cap exchange traded funds as the bull market in stocks age. Lydon also highlighted the new SPDR DoubleLine Total Return Tactical ETF (NYSEArca: TOTL) as a way for investors to remain engaged in the bond market even if interest rates rise. TOTL, which debuted Tuesday, is bond king Jeff Gundlach’s first foray into ETFs.

Half of TOTL’s initial portfolio is comprised of U.S. government debt as part of the new ETF’s duration management effort while the rest of the portfolio includes investment-grade and high-yield corporate as well as dollar-denominated emerging markets debt, among other bonds, as part of TOTL’s credit risk management process.
