U.S. Equity ETFs Lead 2014 Inflows | Page 2 of 2 | ETF Trends

“Assets in stock ETFs that invest primarily overseas rose $10.2 billion in November to a total of $434.4 billion. Their assets increased 10% from $395.2 billion in November 2013,” according to IBD.

The bulk of inflows to international ETFs have been devoted developed markets funds with the Vanguard FTSE Developed Markets ETF (NYSEArca: VEA) and the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF (NYSEArca: EFA) leading the way with combined 2014 inflows of about $12.2 billion.

On a percentage, few large international ETFs have been able to keep pace with torrid asset-gathering pace set by the WisdomTree Europe Hedged Equity Fund (NYSEArca: HEDJ).

Only eight ETFs have added more new assets than HEDJ this year. HEDJ has added $4.9 billion in new assets this year and has gone from being a $1 billion ETF in April to a $5.5 billion fund today. [Boom Continues for Hedged Europe ETF]
