From the start of the year through the end of August, EWZ added just $193 million in new assets, less than half the $444 million investors poured into the iShares MSCI Mexico Capped ETF (NYSEArca: EWW). That trend has reversed this month with EWZ gaining $415.1 million while EWW has shed nearly $57 million.
