Ctrip Takeover Rumor Lifts China Internet ETFs

While not a dedicated Internt or technology ETF, PGJ devotes almost 53% of its weight to tech stocks. Ctrip and Baidu combine for over 16% of the ETF’s weight and are the fund’s two largest holdings. PGJ allocates 0.4% to Qunar.

PGJ need a bounce as well. Although it was one of last year’s best emerging markets ETFs with a gain of 60%, the fund has recently struggled along with its momentum counterparts falling 16.5% in the past month.
