Thursday’s ETF Chart: Loved, Hated and Loved Again

News of a possible deal to end the 10-day U.S. government showdown sent stocks soaring Thursday. This is how strong the gains were: Not only did the Dow Jones Industrial Average surge 323 points, but only 13 stocks in the S&P 500 closed lower.
