Scottrade subsidiary and ETF provider FocusShares has named a new chief executive, according to media reports.

Scott Golde is the new president and CEO of FocusShares, Mutual Fund Wire reports.

Golde took over as CEO effective July 30, while FocusShares has moved its principal offices to St. Louis from Montvale, NJ, according to a filing.

Golde has served as associate general counsel for Scottrade since 2011.

He replaces Erik Liik as FocusShares CEO.

“A FocusShares spokesman confirmed the change, and said that the investment management of the company’s funds would remain in place. The spokesman further clarified that Liik no longer works for FocusShares,” according to the Mutual Fund Wire report.
