The Vanguard MSCI Europe ETF (NYSEArca: VGK) was down 1.7%, the iShares MSCI Germany Index (NYSEArca: EWG) was 2.0% lower and the Global X FTSE Greece 20 ETF (NYSEArca: GREK) declined 3.2% Tuesday.
