On Monday, builder Lennar Corp. (NYSE: LEN) posted an 11% increase for new home orders in the quarter. The stock represents 7.5% of ITB.
Markets will get more housing data later this week, with August existing home sales on Wednesday, FHFA home prices on Thursday and KB Home (NYSE: KBH) results on Friday.
