John Spence Joins ETF Trends as New Web Editor | ETF Trends

You may have noticed a new writer on the ETF Trends block.  This week, John Spence joined the ETF Trends team as the Web Editor to expand our daily market content.

John has been writing about ETFs for more than 10 years and brings a distinct perspective to the site.  He knows the inner workings of the ETF industry and has tracked its growing popularity and innovation, having talked with everyone from executives to individual investors.  We are excited to have him join our team and look forward to his contributions.

Expect our content to double each day, as John adds more market opportunities and trend stories geared toward traders, including news and analysis delivered before the market opens and after it closes.  John will provide his unique take on the ETF industry to articles on general ETF education, new products, investment asset classes, strategies and model portfolios.

John has been writing about ETFs, personal finance and financial markets for more than a decade. He previously wrote the widely read ETF Investing column at MarketWatch.com for seven years. His work has appeared in The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The Chicago Tribune and other major newspapers.

Brooke Southall of RIABiz reports on the new hire and how ETF Trends has grown since 2005.

We welcome John to the team and hope you enjoy what he has to offer.
