Claymore ETFs Reach $1 Billion | ETF Trends

Claymore Securities announced their U.S. exchange traded fund (ETF) group reached more than $1 billion in assets under management. And this happened within a time span of only 10 months. Claymore currently offers 29 ETFs. Their first ETFs launched September 21, 2006 included the first BRIC ETF, Claymore/BNY BRIC ETF (EEB), and the first sector rotation ETF, Claymore/ Zacks Sector Rotation ETF (XRO). The press release also adds that since then, Claymore has had a few other "firsts" to market including the Claymore S&P Global Water Index ETF (CGW) and the Claymore/SWM Canadian Energy Income Index ETF (ENY).
