NYSE Listing More ETFs | ETF Trends

The Barclay’s iShares family of exchange traded funds (ETFs) transferred their primary listings of 16 new funds from the American Stock Exchange to the New York Stock Exchange. This move furthers the NYSE Group Inc.’s move inroads to the market once dominated by the AMEX. David Hoffman of InvestmentNews reports this addition brings 165 ETFs total to the number of funds that have their primary listing with the NYSE.  Other providers that chose their listings with the NYSE are XShares Advisors LLC, and Rydex investments.
