Rydex ETFs Issue Results, Not Capital Gains | ETF Trends

Rydex’s flagship exchange traded funds (ETFs) are officially not issuing any capital gains this year. Rydex Equal Weight ETF (RSP)  and Rydex Russell Top 50 ETF (XLG) have reduced their investor’s possibility of any exposure to capital gains taxes. Both funds have hit new price highs and seen record asset flows in 2006. According to the press release this is the fourth straight year that RSP did not issue capital gains and XLG is going on its second year.
