Global Markets have taken it on the chin the past few weeks, but this may turn out to be an opportunity for those investors who were looking for a point of entry. Three weeks ago, many global region and single country ETFs were more than 20% above their individual 200-day averages. Now, most are in the comfortable single digit range.

"This long-anticipated pullback may be a blessing to global investors, since some of the valuations were out of whack," said Carl Delfeld of Chartwell Advisors. Delfeld points out a handful of global ETFs that are now attractively valued with upside potential. He also stresses the importance of having an exit strategy.
