Today Turkey is much closer to being accepted into the European Union and Wall Street is paying attention. For Turkey, it couldn’t happen quick enough. There is a closed end fund, The Turkish Investment Fund Inc. (TKF) which is up 11.23% year-to-date. Why not a Turkish ETF?
