I received an email from Nick Guarino about a highly leveraged ETF that was at $238 14 months ago and is now at $7. He said that it could repeat when the big banks' stocks become worthless since there won't be anymore bailouts. I have checked the financials 5yr histories, but didn't find anything similar. Anyone have a clue?

Probably SKF. But do not buy it with expectations of it going to $238 again. If you do buy it, only consider your potential loss in the trade; that is the first step in protecting your trade.
Good Luck

I cannot find anything that matches your criteria. Of course, the info came from Nick Guarino. Who knows?
